ok so I looked around stores here(im from philippines) and found this setup.its the cheapest I can find that is good already.

AMD Vishera FX-8320 Processor
Gigabyte GA78LMT-S2 Motherboard
Gskill Ripjaws x 8gb 4gbx2 Ddr3 1600 CL9
Casing w/ 600 Watts Power Supply
Sapphire R9-270X Dual-X w/Boost OC Version 2G DDR5 256 BIT

im on a tight budget too.

so should i change the mobo?whats the
difference of 780,880 and 970 chipset?

these are the posible mobo's that i can buy.
GA78LMT-S2,
Asrock 880GM-LE FX,
Asrock 970 Extreme3,
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3

Well.

The difference among those chipset are generally specs. I mean, for example the 990FX or 890FX are designed for overclock and have a lot of features that a basic chipset like 780 doesn't have. The motherboards with high end chipset have better power regulation and that helps to the rig and more if you want overclock. If you want the rig for games, you can go with the 970 that's a good chipset and have very good features for the price.
