Pls suggest me a good and cheap motherboard for i5 3450 processor.

Gfx - Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R9 270 with Boost OC 2GB DDR5 Graphics Card

yeah he suggested for 4440.(I don't know about mobo).Will this mobo(which one you suggested)is recommendable for hardcore gaming?

the motherboard won't make much difference in your case as you cannot overclock your cpu due to it's locked multiplier. If you are on a budget pc building get a decent board and better graphics card which would not be bottle-necked by your cpu.

Everything is good in your build, just for 1 minor thing you might consider like getting a 1tb instead of 500gb which would just cost you 800RS more.
