chkdsk /f does not fix problem

chkdsk /v results:

chkdsk /f does not seem to fix the problem. Have tried dozens of times. Even booted off bootable CD and ran chkdsk /f from there .. several times. chkdsk /v does NOT show any errors off of CD.

XP HOME SP3, NTFS. thanks in advance.

Good suggestion .. Thank you. No fix though. Here is result after chkdsk /r:

Willing to try just about anything. My recollection of Seatools was it checks certain drive integrity but doesn't fix file systems ... but I will give it a shot. This is a Toshiba MK6037GSX ATA7 60GB drive (original drive for this Dell laptop).
