My cpu is bottlenecking my gpu and I've decided to buy a new cpu and gpu but I gave all my money to my sister and I have to wait until the end of february but can I overclock my current cpu , to be able to enjoy GTA 4 a bit? Unfortunately my MOBO isn't really ready to do that and my CPU cooler is really bad for overclocking , and I don't have any case fans 
, and I don't know how to overclock. Is there a way to overclock my CPU just a bit to have 30 fps in gta 4? Here is my CPU GPU and MOBO:
CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 250 3,0 GHz
GPU: MSI GTX 660 2GB GDDR5
MOBO: Biostar NF520D3
