600-700W power supply

I'm looking for a cheap 600-700W PSU that has a good reputation and is 80+ certified. My thoughts were in the Corsair CX600M (I like semi-modulars). What do you think?

The EggXpert 2008 list tells that the Hive is a Tier 2 PSU, but this newer one says that it is Tier 3 (same as the CX600M, but twice the price). Which of the lists is right? Can I really trust this PSU and is it better than the CX600M?

Really? I've heard of many people who have the CX600M without issues, but is the Hive really better (not only considering Tier) than it? Is the price difference worh it?
