How do you install the AMD A10-7850K APU Driver because it wont let me since it appears black screen so I waited about 15 min and no work .-.?

OS: Windows 8.1
APU: Amd A10-7850K

I am having the same problem, because yesterday i accidentally deleted AMD Catalyst install manager, because of the black screen it hard to do anything to fix the problem and I have been forcing shut down since morning now so many problems have started because of forcing shut down like all the usb slots are not reading
