Just set the Virtual Memory/Pagefile to the size of RAM you have or set it to "System Managed", disable "Readyboost" for all USB Drives and try remembering any change in your PC which could cause his. check the reason of bluescreen. What's the reason for it? You can see it after the message "Windows detected a problem and it has to shutdown to prevent damage to your computer..... etc".

Set the computer to not restart on blue screen so you can see more error detail or the driver that is causing it.

Control Panel->System->Advanced system settings

Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings.

Under System Failure, uncheck automatically restart.

So now it will stay at the blue screen. Take a picture and post it.
More important details of the blue screen may be in the event log, so you can check there also. Post back!

OK, I changed to option so it won't auto reset. I'll post a pic next time I suffer a BSOD
Looking online I see that the most common suggestion is a problem with the display drivers, I have a Radeon HD 7770 and am using the new Beta Mantle driver for it... so I think that might be the problem. I should roll that back to the latest stable release, the event log viewer Shows that the "Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered." literally once every minute on the minute exactly, from 12:24pm till 2:23pm which is when I got home and wiggled the mouse... I left at 10:30am so I don't know what happened at noon to make it start crashing. but Maybe Rolling back the video driver is all I need to do. I'll try that and if it doesn't resolve the issue I'll repost on this thread. thanks for your help so far :)
