Here is the PC part list I put together. First question is is there an Intel mb that with do 16x by 16x SLI for around the same price as the mb chosen? Also for SLI how much of a difference will I see in 8 by, 16 by 16, or by 16? For the PSU is Rosewill a reliable brand?
Thanks for answering! Tell me if you need more details.

there's no 16x/16x SLI support in most, if not all, of the mainstream boards. only in their extreme/enthusiasts line of CPUs/mobos, like LGA2011 socket based builds in intel's case. 8x/8x isn't a bad compromise either way since there's only a minor loss in performance.

some Rosewill PSUs are ok, though the stallion isn't listed here : http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx
i'd play it safe and get something else from tier 2.

Do you know of any recommended PSU that are under $90 and at least tier 2? I looked through and couldn't find one from the list that was in the link, so are there any for around that price?
