^ pretty much that

for JUST the cards:
GeForce GTX 770 SLI review - Power Consumption
index.php

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 770 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 770 2x SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 700~800 Watt power supply unit as minimum.
GeForce GTX 770 3x SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 1000~1200 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

an i5 system will use 120 - 170 watts depending on if you OC and how much voltage it takes (every chip is different) than add...
For a system using a single GeForce GTX 770 graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 600 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 42 Amps or greater and that has at least one 6-pin and one 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors. Some of the non-reference design cards require two 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

For a system using two GeForce GTX 770 graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 850 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 59 Amps or greater and that has at least two 6-pin and two 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors. Some of the non-reference design cards require two 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors each so you'll need at least four 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most critical factor.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) may require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock being attempted.
