Laptop Ultrabook Sony: SVT13115FLS

Restarts Constantly

Blue Screen: iastora.sys SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M

The driver file is from Intel Rapid Storage, and I formated the laptop with Windows 8.1 x64 but, it still giving that problem, it restarts every 3 minutes or less, I tried reinstalling 3 times the last version of the driver and copy-paste the file: iastorA.sys but it didn't worked. Before to format the Windows Original System: Windows 7 x64 it show me this Blue-Screen:

And in that time I discovered that if i played a video, and if it stilling playing i could keep working without problems. Now, after i format the Windows 7x64 and I installed Windows 8.1 x64 i can't do that trick, So, What I should to do?

Drivers: http://esupport.sony.com/LA/p/model-home.pl?mdl=SVT13115FLS&template_id=2&region_id=2&tab=download#/downloadTab

I dude it is a virus, because it supose that it must to die when i formated the WIndows 7x64, It is a Hardware problem?,

Is possible dishable the restarting reaction?

I should delete the file: iAstorA.sys?

Thanks!

Solution
Unless you are running raid or SSD caching, you don't need Intel Rapid Storage. The standard windows generic ATA/AHCI drivers should work.

First, check to see if intel has updated drivers for this on their website. Install them and see if that fixes it. Sounds like you did this and it didn't help.

If not, uninstall all Intel Rapid Storage drivers through Control Panel->Program and Features

If these drivers were installed by Windows (provided by microsoft it will say under driver details in device manager), manually change the driver. Select the drive controller in Device Manager, and Update Driver. Select from List, choose microsoft, and then try to find one that matches.

Also check for loose HDD connector. Also run S.M.A.R.T...

Thanks!, I did it, I installed the last drivers from Intel Rapid Storage, and it didn't worked. So, How can do this things? ( Step by step please! )

1. Select the drive controller in Device Manager, and Update Driver. Select from List, choose microsoft, and then try to find one that matches.
2. How can I check for loose HDD connector? ( I must open my Ultrabook Laptop ? )
3. How can I run S.M.A.R.T diagnostics?

Thanks!!
If you can show me the steps using Windows screens, captures would be great!!
