Windows 7 wont start up

Hello, I bought a new PSU (Corsair CX600M), GPU (Asus GTX 760) and MoBo (Asrock Z77 Pro4-M) and every time I start windows, the animation starts and stops, and then flashes a blue screen and the Windows backup screen thing shows up. I cant install any drivers and I dont have a windows installation CD, because my OS is OEM.
Please help me... I need answers fast.

It sounds like you expect Windows to start up with an old install before the new equipment, good luck with that. You will most likely have to reinstall Windows for it to work right.

Continually press F8 on your keyboard after pressing your computer's power button and when you see the Advanced Boot Options screen, select "Safe Mode with Networking". Upon successful boot you will be able to fix your errors and connect to the web.

But i cant start windows even in the safe mode... It does the same thing every time. I have tried clearing to factory defaults, but that didnt work out as well.
