I am looking to build the best possible gaming rig under $800 dollars, this includes a monitor but not a mouse, keyboard or headset.

So I'm guessing this includes an OS as well?

No it wont be. I asked the same exact question. Plenty of people assured me the bios will be compatible because both pieces have been out for a long enough time now to where they will work together.
