I have a Dell Optiplex 7010 with two AMD Radeon 7470 video cards running 4 monitors (two on each card). Can I add 2 more monitors (one for each card) and what do I need to do that?

Solution
Newer video cards have more connections, though you might not be able to use them with your monitors. For instance if they are DisplayPort and your monitor doesn't have that. You could upgrade to workstation cards that support more monitors.

I'm assuming you're out of full length PCI-E slots. So if you've got a 1x slot available, there are actually 1x PCI-E cards.

Also there are USB display adapters, but I don't have any experience with those and how well they accelerate the desktop and play well with other cards and suspending.
