I'm only buying parts at my local Microcenter in Dallas, TX; I will not buy online. Does this look good? What parts would you replace from Microcenter?

Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme4 Socket LGA 1150 Z87 $99.99
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3-1600 $59.99
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO MZ-7TE120BW 120GB SATA 6.0Gb/s 2.5 $89.99

I already know the CX series uses second-class capacitors, but I'm buying all the parts together locally at Microcenter in Dallas, TX. Is there a better 600W PSU around $65 at Microcenter?

I'm on a budget of $700. The GTX 570 was the cheapest and most powerful video card I could find for around $100 at Microcenter. All the other video cards with the same performance cost around $200-250.
