Okay, so today i turned on my pc to an unexpected surprise.
1 no beep on boot
2 no display
3 fans are working
4 turn off after about 10 seconds and repeated process of turn on - turn off, until i cut the power

I have searched for some solutions around and see that a lot of people are having this problem with various cause. I begin to work my way by removing components one at a time.
The video card is first (start booting, no change), then i removed 1 ram(no change), and after the second i finally got the beep (repeated endless long beep, well before it turned off again)

Now does that mean my ram is faulty or do i need to search for more problem? I've tried to search for what to do next since i have no spare parts and have to decide soon because i'll need my computer.

On a side note, i haven't tried to reset the cmos yet, do i need to?

I have had my computer for 2 years
No overclocking so far
Used on daily basis
Cpu intel i5 2500k
Psu fsp au-750m
Gpu gigabyte nvidia gtx 580
Mobo gigabyte z68ap-d3

I hope the community here can help :)

Try the first stik of RAM you took out by itself. It could be that only the second you removed was bad but after you removed it the machine had no RAM and that caused the long beep. If that doesn't do it then try the CMOS reset or if you can get a BIOS screen just use the option to reset to defaults. Then try one stick of memory at a time. If none of that works it is probably time to take it to a shop.

I've tried to alternatively changing the RAM one by one and booting, but there is still no error beep unless i take both of them out. Even when i take the gpu out there is no beep, so i thought it should be the ram
I'll try the cmos tomorrow, and there is no way for me to enter the bios either XD
The pc shuts of after several seconds and starts the turn on - turn off cycle endlessly until power is cut

I reseated the heatsink and reset the cmos memory. It did reset but still no changes.
There is no post beep and the pc will turn off several seconds later.
I think i'll get a new ram and see if it will fix the problem.
Anyone got any experience in this? Does the post beep that occur when i remove all my ram points the problem?
