Low end gaming rig

Solution
Not really possible for under $200.

If you want to up your budget to $250 you could get an i3 and HD 7770 GPU (Or wait for the r7 250x for an even better card).

You could get an AMD CPU and a reeally bad graphics card for $200, but it really would not be good for gaming (or anything really).

Thanks for the response Mr.Baddie! Ok, let's up the budget to $250-300 range but I also need a PSU as well. Does PSU have compatibility issues at all, how much power should I aim for?

Please note, however, that while this would be acceptable for gaming, it's definitely not a high-performance setup. You couldn't run all modern games like bf4 or crysis 3 on maximum graphics, but you could lower some settings and get acceptable frame rates. ;)
