More than likely you will find that there is no driver support for that equipment on such an old operating system. It might make more sense to use a modern operating system which supports your hardware, then if you really need to run NT 4, run it in a virtual machine.
Microsoft provides Virtual PC for free, and it supports Windows 7 - Windows XP:

If you are running Windows 8.x you have Hyper-V built-in, provided your hardware supports the necessary features.
Your CPU should support Intel's VT (Virtualization technology.)
