hi I am trying to update my pc so my grandson can do some gaming (ex battlefield 4, arma, etc) and could use some help. I bought/installed a video card n630gt-md4gd3 (NVidia w/4gb) but it is causing TDR'S. I am not sure if changing the current 300w power supply to 500w will eliminate the problem. at this point not sure if putting more cash into this pc is worth it or I should just build a new one for abt $500. I have a dell inspiron 560 w/Pentium dual core es400 2.7ghz 4gb installed ram. I appreciate any and all suggestions and insight, thanking any and all who respond in advance.

Because of the age of the processor and amount of ram installed, I recommend just building a new pc. Get something along the lines of an AMD APU. Get the last generation if possible as the processing performance is similar and you will save around $40. As for the gpu, I would upgrade it to something like an amd 7770, or 7790. Still cheap, but they will have better performance than what the current one has.
