What would be the best rig under $500 that includes an os (win 7 not 8) and a monitor but not a keyboard, house, and headset?

Solution
you can't get a gaming rig for $500. I have given a config, with which you can play games in low or medium settings.

I have selected the Zotac gtx 750 ti because it has a better clock speed and you can buy it for the same price.

I'll be quite honest, there is no way you're going to get a rig, with all its parts plus a monitor, for under $500. If someone manages to, consider them a miracle worker.
