low fps AC4!!!! Help

Hello guys i finally just got my rig up and running i bought a asus gtx 770 4gb!!! and it came with free ac4!! my problem is im only getting around 30fps on really anything im doing in the game im pretty sure my rig can at least get 60fps, can use guys help me i would really appreciate it. i had a mixture of high and very high setting with2x AA and vsync off

CPU:FX 8320 3.5GHZ
GPU:ASUS GTX 770 4GB
RAM:8GB BALLISTIX

Are you running the game with the optimum specs set by GeForce Experience ?

Ok, go to www.nvidia.com, there is a software called GeForce Experience.... download and install it.
What does it do?

It helps you keep the latest drivers for the VGA Card, as well to keep the best tuned options for the games you have installed on your PC, why using that ? The latest Nvidia Drivers have being tuned to increase the performance on some games, so if you keep on the released (non-beta ones) you would be getting the max you can for your VGA, being on the safe zone for it.

There is no mystery for it, and it will help you get what you can out of it...

Also, the GeForce Experience will use your rig setup to set the best possible config for the game, in order to guarantee the best gaming experience...

By choppy you mean ? Have you restarted your computer after installing it ?
Also, on the games list inside the GeForce Experience, where you able to see the it ticketed ? Stating that the best config for it was set ?

Maybe your PhysX is turned on or high, that can really
slow down the game. I believe it's he lowest option on the
graphical settings screen.

no i had not noticed but i had already had the engine installed i loaded the game up from there and it was with the recommended setting im going to try lowering down the physx

Your very welcome, enjoy that awesome game!
Oh and always check for PhysX, I have a GTX 780Ti,
and Assassins Creed IV has problems with PhysX on high,
it's really a GPU killer.
