Is this a good build?

I've been looking up parts and this is the best build I could come up with, is it good? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

With that CPU, you won't be able to overclock. If you don't plan on getting a "K" version (similar to AMD's "Black Edition", it lets you OC much easier and to higher speeds) or a CPU, you won't need a Z87 motherboard.
