While playing, downloading and installing, my CPU was working at 80% at 4.2GB Ram. My GPU was running at 45C when according to my GPU Tweak programm by Assus it says max 55C is this an accurate number for max? Also if my GPU is getting close to the max should I increase the speed of my GPU fans for a short time to cool it down??

Operating System:
MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
Intel Core i3-2120 CPU @3.30GHz
8GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 Ti boost
450w PSU By Antec

gpu and cpu normal temps under gaming loads can be 50-80c. the temps higher then 70c are not good for a gpu or cpu.
you can use msi afterburner or another program to change the fan profile to spin up higher under gaming load. higher fan speed will make more noise from your gpu.

Hey thanks for the anwser, if my GPU ever hits that high? Should I increase fan speed to cool it down, or just turn of the PC? Also are you a over clocking expert on GPU's haha? I'm a newb!

If it ever hits 105c you have a big problem. Turn it off immediately (if it doesn't by itself) and open up your case to try and find the problem.

It will throttle down and likely power down the PC if it ever did hit 105c. This is typical if the fan on the card dies.
For that GPU anything under 70c i wouldn't even think twice about it.
