I recently bought a new MSI Twin Frozr 3 2Gb GTX 660.
I opened up borderlands 2 and i was switching my resolution to 1080p, and then I heard a buzzing noise (in headphones) everything was on but the PC wasnt responding.
I then tryed Saints Row 4 And as soon as it loaded to where it was almost in the game, it did the same thing, everything is on, no response.
I did a memory check already and thats not it. I checked my mobo when it happened - no vga error
Temps are fine 30c idle
I have The new drivers
Specs of PC:

CPU -- AMD a6 3650 apu fm1

MOBO -- Biostar Ta75m

Ram -- 1600 ddr3 Team group ram 2x4gb

GPU -- MSI Twin Frozr GTX 660(non ti) 2gb

PSU -- Velocity Micro 550w

Please help I want to find out if its the card or something else.
Im gonna try wiping the drivers and getting older ones. Will update on that too.

Could be the card but my first suspect would be that the low quality PSU is unable to deliver enough stable power to the card.

^ Sounds like a PSU issue.

The 660 needs at least 24 amps on the 12+ rail.

Check the specs on your power supply sticker, oem is often overrated crap.

There is Two, one with 15a and one with 17a with a combined peak of 28a

Does each need to have 24 atleast?
