When replacing my current motherboard with another, do I need to reinstall Windows?

I have an OEM version of Windows 7 that came with my PC from CyberPowerPC some time ago, but I now wish to change my current Motherboard (ASUS P8Z77-V LX) with another one (GA Z77x-UD3H), I am changing from an ASUS to a Gigabyte so I am not sure if there will be compatibility issues between them, even though they are of the same chipset, I would rather not have to reinstall Windows, especially if the disc I have from CyberPowerPC won't even install with the new hardware.

Alright that seems pretty straight-forward, I've just heard of it working before so I figured I'd ask about those motherboards in-particular.
