Windows 7 BSOD error!

Recently i upgraded from Vista to Win 7 i didn't transfer any programs or files nothing just a completely fresh install i upgraded to Win 7 because i had the same problem as in the title i thought i fixed the problem ,but i was wrong i didn't i get either the BSOD or the computer freezes completely. It usually BSOD when I'm on the internet or downloading something. http://imgur.com/GAB69pD heres a picture of the BSOD.
 
Solution
I used to get the same bsod when my ram was either faulty or not seated correctly. Upload a dump file.
Make sure the ram is seated correctly and run memtest86+
