I have a Samsung NP370R5E but cannot figure out how to replace the screen. I have removed what I thought to be two screw covers in the top left and right corners on the front bezel but there doesn't appear to screws behind them and there are no other screw covers. The below link shows the laptop. Do I need to open the whole case to sort this out? Assistance very welcome

I realise that you have probably figured this out by now, but since I too was searching for something and found nothing of use, here's the answer.

Step 1: Turn the laptop upside down. You'll see that the plastic hinge covers have a connecting joint.

Step 2: Using a small flathead screwdriver, gently pry them open. This will give you the entrance point you need to get the rest of the bezel off from each side.

Step 3: Again with the flathead screwdriver, insert it into a gap and slowly and carefully work your way around the bezel, twisting the screwdriver as you go. The bezel will start to pop off where you're working. The hardest place I found to do was at the corners nearest the hinge.

Step 4: Once the bezel is completely off, remove the 4 screws keeping the screen attached.

Step 5: The screen is attached via a single connector. You may have to peel back a plastic protector, and then just pull the connector away from the screen.

That's all there is to it. Make a very careful note of the model number and version number before you purchase a new screen.
