Vertical black lines, Radeon 7750.

I have a Amd Radeon HD 7750, and whenever i look closely at the home screen on windows 7, i can see black vertical lines going up and down. This is more appears more vividly on games such as World of Warcraft, as you can see it very clearly. Is there anyway this can go away? Can get annoying at times.

Specs:
AMD FX-4100
8GB ddr3 1066 G.skill
AMD Radeon HD 7750

I had this problem with my 5770 for a while but with colored lines. Wouldn't always do it thought. Then one day I was playing Hitman and the whole screen went to grey/light grey lines and froze the system. Reboot.... works fine. Then I play some more games. Same issue again. I wonder if you GPU could have a problem with heating or f the dye has started to become separated.
I would start with getting the most up to date drivers and then contacting the manufacture. Of course if you have another system you could try it in do that as well.
