Hi everyone, I have wanted to build my own computer but I don't have any experience with comps. I was wondering if liquid cooling is always better, because I want that, I also want Win 7. I will be using it mainly for games. And I want to be able to get really good FPS like at least 80 to 120. Or be able to run games like LOL on high, or TERA. My limit is 2000 grand.

If you gave me $1200 I can double the performance. But I will try.

okay so what can you do for 1200. are you familiar with LoL or any other games? or would you recommend i buy a xps 8700 dell studio? so this 1200 dollars has to have water cooling win 7. don't need a monitor, mouse, keyboard, or headset.

This is a build that will be able to play any games and really anything at ultra settings, 1080p. Here:

Yeah, LiteCoin miners are buying them out fast. You can go with this build. Its $12 over budget but you will be able to pre-order the 280x so right when new ones come in, you will get yours.

Or if you are going to build your PC now and want to get a GPU now, go with a nVidia, here:

Well nVidia makes the actual card, while Asus makes the custom cooler. You might be asking nVida or AMD. Really, AMD is my favorite, but because of those LiteCoin miners, prices have forced people to go with nVidia over AMD. LiteCoin miners are people who use there hardware to make LiteCoins as a currency that they can use, mostly in the "Deep Web" or just trade it among each other. The reason this is making AMD cards go out of stock is because the hash rates on the AMD cards are much higher than nVidia, so they end up buying every single one off the shelves.
