My Uncle built a gaming rig back in 2008, but recently decided it was time for an upgrade. He ordered $1500 worth of parts, and having nothing to do with his old PC, he gave it to me. Here are the specs: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/JaredmWaldron/saved/3LZU The only differences being the ram is Samsung, and this is my graphics card: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-550ti/specifications Since the GPU is pretty old, I was wondering if I could pick up another one to SLI with it. The only problem is, I can only find the Gigabyte version, not the original. Here it is: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125367 I'm wondering if I can run these in SLI, to get better performance in my games. Would the two GPU's be able to run in SLI, because my motherboard supports it, and I have a 650 watt power supply. Also, would my processor hold back the performance of the two? Thanks in advance!
