Okay so I currently have an HP Elite with 8gigs of RAM a Radeon HD 6670 graphics card in it. It runs games OK at best and I've ran into so many random bugs and problems with this PC. Long story short, I've had it for a a few years now and I think I'm ready to move on. I will still save this PC and hook it up to my TV for browsing and such, but I'm looking for a better gaming PC. I'd like a PC that can run many MMORPGs (looking forward to new Elder Scrolls) at a good frame rate with good graphics setting. Also, not trying to crack $1,000 dollars. I know building my own would be better, but don't really know enough about it.

So I take it you don't wont to build this pc yourself? If not there a plenty of great pre-built ones you can purchase from companies such as ibuypower or cyperpower pc.

Building would be difficult, as I don't know much about the process. Do you have any direct links to good pcs?

Could you recommend a premade?

The second option has a more powerful GPU and more storage. That seems to be the better build out of the two. The cpu isn't all that powerful, as it is only a dual core. You may considering changing up the processor to something like an FX6300 from AMD. While it isnt that most powerful cpu on the market, it will be plenty sufficient for gaming.
