Need to buy 2560x1440 card for 1440P Monitor

I am about to buy a 2560x1440 monitor so I need to get a new video card.

My Dell only takes half-height cards and I don't game. (Well, maybe some MAME games)
I am looking for the sharpest picture with the most dazzling colors.

I am looking at the Radeon 6450 and Nvidia 630 cards:

Nvidia 630 choices:

Which should I pick?
Thanks..

  1. Either of those would work fine. GPUs don't change colors/sharpness etc... Well, until you get into pro level 10 bit panels and workstation GPUs.

If you can $100, get this half height amd 7770. Better performance than both of those cards and it should still fit the pc.

If that doesn't work out I recommend getting a 7750 from AMD.

If you would like to stay around that price than the GT 630 seems to be the way to go.

  3. Thanks all..

I ordered an Nvidia 630 from newegg. It was the fastest low-profile card I could find without a fan.
