I will use it for Video/Photo Editing, and gaming
What do you think?
Do I need to drop to a different CPU or GPU?

Thank You

My budget is less than $800. I live in the US. Should i get another mobo?

I dropped it $40+ without compromising performance at all. Actually I might have boosted it just a little.
Also your build is pretty good. And PowerColor is not a good brand.

The Asus DirectCUII is $228. It is inflated but, not as much as the 280x or 290/290x

it is a revision of your build with the best bang for the buck parts

8320 OC will perform similar with 8350
OC capable mobo from asus
2x 8GB ram for video editing
650W Gold PSU from antec
