After a lot of searching I may be close to solving the problems with my new build. I need some help.

I've been getting random freezes. I finally figured out it happens as a result of cpu load.
The weird thing is that sometimes I don't have any problems. I run heavy apps smoothly. (bf4, crysis3, farcry3 on ultra)
Then things suddenly get choppy and my pc freezes the moment I enter the game.
Anyway... My cpu temp doesn't go beyond 46~ degrees.
Could it be a voltage issue? My motherboard says it supports my FX9590 but perhaps there's a default bios config that doesn't work for me?
I've wiped and reinstalled gpu drivers. I've tried different ram. I'm at a loss here.. please help.

Coolermaster pro 212 evo..

Is it possible that I'm getting an incorrect temp reading? It seems to crash quite consistently with temp increase.. even though it does not go beyond what you'd consider dangerous.

its has something to do with temp
my suggestion take out cooler clean and reapply paste and set it
then check for temp

bump.

Turns out I had 2 problems. The graphics card wasn't functioning properly because of bad drivers. (damn you AMD!!!) A lot of time wasted troubleshooting in various ways when suddenly a new beta release of the drivers fixes everything.

Though my cpu def was overheating aswell it caused a different type of crash, which no longer occurs now that I have watercooling.
