So I just built my new PC and everything and I notice I'm SERIOUSLY under performing, getting 50-42 fps in Smite and 42 in WoW (Though WoW is terribly optimized) and 55 in Dark Messiah: Might and Magic.

Specs are:

Motherboard: Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3
RAM: 8gb 1600 mhz Patriot Viper Extreme
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce 560 ti
CPU: AMD FX-8350 8 core 4.0 ghz
PSU: LSP Ultra Professional 750w

I'd like to point out I'm getting almost identical performance and it was seriously outdated.

So what's up? I'm obviously not performing correctly but I can't seem to figure it out. I'd also like to note I'm not over-heating because I keep my house REALLY cold so I idle around 39 c and load around 45 c.

So, is there any hope for me sir's and ma'ams?

Solution
No, it won't really. You need something like a gtx760 or r9 270x to see the upgrade you are looking for.

Just upgrading to a gtx660 will only give 8-10 more FPS in most games.

Well damn that kind of sucks cause I paid $647 to upgrade everything EXCEPT the GPU cause I thought it was decent.

In which case let me ask you: I was thinking of upgrading too the gtx 660. Think that'll give me a big performance boost?

Sounds about right, alright. 259-269 doesn't sound too bad. Thanks for the help.
