Fx 8320 GtX 770 Bottleneck?

I was running the "star swarm stress test" on steam and apparently im being bottlenecked my friend said it was probably the cpu, I was told it was fine. On the other hand I am running the stock cooler and want a better cooler any recommendations?

770 will not be bottlenecked by FX-8320. I have very similar GPU - 280X ( at least in performance) with FX-8320.
And i have not experienced such issue.
In your case, the problem might lie at other area. Post the results of test and full PC specs.
Regarding cooler, stock cooler on 8320 is pathetic. Gets very loud even during mild gaming sessions.
I'll recommend you to go fro Cooler Master 212 EVO. best bang for your bucks

You said you want a better cooler for your 8320? Good the stock is junk.

My suggestion: Cooler master CM 212 EVO/CM 212x if your case can fit it

I don't think there will be a bottleneck either, Like Novuake said can you post full spec.
