This is a pretty good build, but I would up it to a 400r case(only 89 on newegg currently) and an EVGA video card, which is 10 bucks more after rebate, again on newegg.

Just to be sure, is the 70 included in the 1300 or not, because if its not this build would be sli ready for later down the road. If you need to include 70 usd for the case in the build downgrade psu to 650 seasonic or better corsair than cx series, please, trust me on this. After that, you could get 212 evo and you should have enough money to fit the case in.

I chose cheaper ram, ssd, and hdd to get you a better motherboard, psu, and cpu cooler. I highly recommend a better psu than the cx 600 as for this expensive of a build you should and the better quality will alow it to last longer, and run cooler with better power efficiency. A compromise between mine and Cturbo would be more like this:

Edit: Your version of my build in your post above without windows if you can the mobo, heatsink, and psu are nicer than Cturbo's and you should be able to sli without bottleneck in the future, just make sure cpu cooler can fit in your case, its huge.
