Would it be ok to install MB with one missing standoff?

NZXT only gave me 9 standoffs. My asrock z77 board requires 10. I installed all 9 on the outsides. The last hole left is just to the left of the ram slots. Not quite in the middle of the MB but, close.

Even though, the MB is raised up, a spark still could jump that gap. Right?

Solution
You can install but no one will recommend it!Chance of spark to jump that distance are low but don't do it !
Try to go to a local computer store or contact NZXT!
If nothing is applicable then try to place the standoffs at the places where pressure is much more than other place. It will do the job!
it should be fine. just make sure that you place them where the loads are, like around the cpu because cpu coolers are heavy. Also around those that you may exert some pressure, like when you pull/push a cable/component.

Those are for mechanical support and to avoid short circuit
