I doubt dell still sells replacement parts for systems with DDR2 ram. Based on the chipset though you ought to be able to grab 2x2gb, thats the max it can support. What specific models the board supports, I have no idea. Didn't find it on their website.

It has to be 2 2GB sticks but yes you can have 4GB of RAM
