GTX 760 Issue during BF4

I recently purchased a GTX 760 Video card and installed it into my old PC. After a couple of posts later I realized I need a new MOBO and CPU. I went out and purchased everything, installed everything including new drivers and after playing BF4 for 10 mins I got spotty purple colors and then it froze up and I got a Display kernel issue. I am really starting to get frustrated!!!!!:pfff:

PC Specs;
CPU-AMD FX 8350
Mobo- ASUS Sabertooth 990FX
ram- 8gb
Vid Card GTX 760
PS-750

I tried that already and no change. I have been reading in other forums and this issue seems to be a reoccurring problem. I have a GTX 760 overclocked from the factory. Could this be a problem? I read that if you under clock this card it might alleviate the problem. If so how would I under clock?
