Replacing CPU Heatsink Fan?

I wish to buy the thermaltake nic c5 for my new build but i hear it is very loud and want to replace the fans that come with it. Im wondering if i can put the sp 120 from corsair on it. I chose this heatsink due to its clearance with high profile ram. Im happy to find out any other coolers that look good and perform as well even better.

You can replace the fan with any fan that is the right size, if it is then there will be no problem. I think you would actually be better off just buying a CPU cooler like the cooler master Hyper 212 EVO, that'll destroy your current one and it's under $40, a titan cooler and has a 120mm fan.
