Should i upgrade to 64 Bit?

I have a 32-bit Win 8 and my RAM is 8 GB should i upgrade to 64-Bit to use all my RAM because i bought an Original License for my Win 8 and i don't want it to be wasted.

Yes. 32bit windows OS are limited to 4gb ram. The only reason to stick with a 32bit system is for older proprietary software that will not run on a 64bit system.(Old business software, databases etc.)
