Good Morning Forum-Goers,

I come to you all seeking advice. I have been wanting to get a 27" monitor for quite some time now and have really been eyeing these QNIX 27" monitors.

Should I consider one of these monitors? If so, I seem to be torn between:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA2RY1834422
and
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA2RY10G0367
I cannot tell what the difference is between them though. Can anyone help me on this?

Also, I would like to run a two monitor setup; however, my second monitor is a Asus 24" 120hz monitor. Can a gtx670 FTW, run both the 24" and 27" at 120hz (assuming I can stabilize the 27" at 120hz)? To be honest, I do not really intend on running dual displays while gaming, I would rather have my second monitor for chatting, netflix, etc, while playing on the 27".

Thank you for any suggestions/advice.

The first monitor you list has multiple video inputs (DisplayPort, Dual-Link DVI, HDMI 1.4, and D-Sub) and can work with either 2560x1440 or 1920x1080 output from the video card, while the second one only has Dual-Link DVI for video input and requires 2560x1440 output from the video card (lower resolutions would have to be scaled by the gpu rather than by the monitor).

If you're not running dual displays while gaming, you should have no problem with the different sizes and refresh rates. The 24" monitor will just be an extension of the desktop while the 27" will be your primary. I wouldn't recommend using a dual monitor setup for gaming anyway as that would split the crosshairs or focus of the game across two screens. Three monitors is key for multi-monitor gaming.

The input options are the difference between these two monitors. The cheaper monitor has only an option for DVI-D input, while the more expensive offers DVI, D-Sub, HDMI, and display port.

Thank you for the responses. Seems like the first option is a better choice. Any idea which website would be the best to purchase from? I want to go with newegg only because of the comfort with them. Other sites (Ebay and 2560x1440monitors.com) have cheaper prices on this but not sure how comfortable I am with those.
