overclocking an fx-6300 with msi g970A g46

Ok. so i am going to buy a new rig my choices are:-

motherboard - msi g970A g46
processor - amd fx-6300 am3+ 3.5ghz 6 core
GPU - zotac geforce GTX 650 1 GB (i have allready bought the GPU)
RAM - Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB 1600mhz
PSU - Corsair VS450 450 Watt PSU

is the motherboard and PSU good enough to overclock? will a stock cooler be enough to do so?

P.S. i would like to overclock to its limits

games: max payne 3, bioshock infinite, hitman absolution,

Those PSU and Boards aren't great.

Fine for a stock 6300 though.

I guess you're strugging for a budget setup? Also the 6300 stock cooler is awful, I would not overclock on it.

please suggest some good motherboards and PSU and yes i am struggling for a budget setup

i live in india, so would it be ok if i overclock to like 4.0ghz?
