AMD A10-7850k temp reading software?

I just recently built an A10-7850k based mini pc. I'm loving screwing with the options here and there, like the Configurable TDP and some minor GPU overclocking, but I cannot for the life of me find a proper temperature monitor.

Real quick, the system specs:
A10-7850k
Gigabyte GA-F2A88XN-WIFI mobo
G. Skill 1600mhz DDR3 9-9-9-24 <- 2133mhz ram coming soon
Seagate 1TB Barracuda 7200rpm
Corsair 430w Modular PSU
DIYPC V3plus-R PC case
Windows 7 64-bit home premium

I've tried HWMonitor, Open Hardware Monitor, Aida64, AMD Overdrive (which insists my GPU is a 4c and that my "thermal margin" never diminishes, lol) Coretemp, and a few others.

I've tried that latest stable BIOS and beta BIOS for my motherboard hoping to see if either have an impact on the situation and they don't. I seem able to get CPU temp readings just fine in BIOS. I've tried Gigabyte's Easy Tune utility, but it won't even start properly on my clean Win7 install.

So, I'm running out of options, anyone here know what I can use to get temps outside of an infrared thermometer?

I stated in my post I've tried using HWmonitor, Cinnamon Cider. In fact, I still have the latest version on my AMD PC. It gives me 3 motherboard readings, but none of them budge with Prime95 and two of them are well below room temperature (-7c and 13c). I'm very certain it doesn't work.

On top of that, it won't even show CPU temps, wrong or not.

AMD CPUs often display the wrong temperatures under 40c, but I find it hard to believe you're staying under 40 with Prime95 running in a mini case. I'd say its an issue with the internal monitor, but if it reads fine in the BIOS, it's probably a software issue. Could you post a picture of HWMonitor anyway? I believe you, but I'd like to see it.

I don't know if this is considered necroposting but have you tried HWiNFO?
I have the same processor as you so I posted the same question several days ago: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2051532/hwmonitor-read-cpu-temps-upgrade.html

with HWiNFO when you run it click the sensors button(Yellow button with a lightning bolt) on the main window that appears after clicking OK on the first small window. Search for the name of your cpu and it will have a "CPU 0 Package" line. Now, I don't know how accurate the readings on HWiNFO but comparing it to the BIOS temperature readings they look close. BIOS temps tend to be cooler as the cpu isn't doing much work in the BIOS compared to when you load up Windows.
