27" QHD IPS/PLS monitor that doesn't stretch budget

I'm looking for a 27" QHD IPS or PLS monitor that is relatively cheaper.

Key features that are preferable -

Tilt, swivel and pivot.
Able to mount - VESA
Within 8kg.

Budget is about £240 or $400 - Could stretch a bit further if needed.

Im not sure if QHD IPS or PLS means something different from a regular monitor, I only found this WQHD monitor, but its $800

QHD means 2560x1440, the only option at your budget is a Korean display. However i don't think they have Vesa mount pivot and such. All other WQHD screens are way above your budget
