Please help broadband slower than usual !!!!!

I used to get 1-2 mbps when downloading games but recently i have been getting 40-50 Kbps and i dont know how to fix it or what is wrong, if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.
I have tried the usual Turning off my router and then turning it back on but that seemed to do nothing.

I have downloaded from steam and i have also just started downloading and updating league of legends and it is painfully slow, also i just ran a speed test and my results were 545 ping 0.40 mbps download and 0.11 upload
