GA Z77 DH3H Motherboard Questions

First off, is this a good motherboard for a beginner tech? Is the BIOS easy to use? and is Windows 7 easy to Boot onto it?

Also really dumb question but do these boards have network cards (Not wireless) built into into them these days? I see the Ethernet port in the back and wasn't sure.

That MB is basic MB but it is good enough, and most important feature is the dual BIOS, also you can find more similar MB like in the reviews. Now all the MB has the new uefi BIOS and if you want you can go to the BIOS to change back the legacy bios too. But the new uefi is easy to use.
For the LAN, yes, all the MB have the network card.
