I have a early 2013 Macbook Air. When i try to install boot camp to load windows on my hdd, I receive the error message "you cannot open the application setup.exe because microst windows applications are not supported on OS x". Can someone help point me in the right direction? I believe I am trying to load it incorrectly.

You don't install Bootcamp, you use Bootcamp assistant (applications, utilities) and follow the instructions.

Can you elaborate a little bit? I am not sure I understand. Are there two different bootcamp loaders? Or does it need to be made into a bootable device? When I open it, all that is in there are windows drivers?

Boot Camp:
1 - Applications>
2 - Utilities>
3 - Bootcamp assistant
