Currently testing the AC68U.
Configuration: IP Address: 192.168.0.1
DHCP enabled, address range: 100-254
SSID is set and is broadcasting - everything working as designed
Next morning, SSID was broadcasting as expected but was unable to connect wirelessly - password authentication was attempted but the router never responded when attempting a bad password.
Tried connecting from a variety of devices: laptops w/ Windows 7, Galaxsy S3, iPdad2, iPhone, all without success.
Tried connecting directly via ethernet cable and could not obtain a valid IP to examine the router configuration.
The only solution was to power it off and back on, after which it's been running smoothly.
Question: Has anyone else experienced this? We have encountered an identical issue with a Cradle Point 1400.
Question: Could there be some configuration item we have missed across 2 brands of routers?
Thanks in advance,
Steve
