Can't get some programs out of background.

Hey, I have a wierd issue. Whenever I open either Chrome, Mozilla or any Windows related stuff. (Computer, Folders) they show up in the taskbar, but aren't on my screen. I do even see the preview, when I hover over them, but clicking doesn't bring them up.

No I don't and never had, but stuff is on the second screen, when I click right on the desktop and change screen solution, I can see that windows thinks i have two screens, how can I make it stop from doing so?
